Q: How often can I use it?
A: Recommended at least once a week
Q: Will Beauty Sprinkles TM contraindicate any other skin care product regimen ?
A: No, It will not! However, I would prefer you don’t use stimulant(s) that contain: AHA’s, Vitamin C & Glycolic, Retinols, etc., Until the following day.
Q: If, I am allergic to; bananas, etc., can I use it?
A: Well, If your Doctor says it's ok! Then it's ok with me too;)

Alexandras' Spanakopita Quiche

Very easy to make!!!
Prep 5 minutes
Bake 45 minutes @ 350* |

Ready made pie crust
Bag of fresh spinach
Feta Cheese
Greek Yogurt
Eggs
Red onion-chopped
Oregano
Dill
Black Pepper |
Use a bowl to mix your ingredients.
Mix Eggs, Oregano, Dill, Pepper, Red Onion.
Add Feta & Greek yogurt
Mixture should have little bite size pieces of Feta
Add washed Spinach
Mix until all leaves are coated with cheese mixture.
Rub extra virgin olive oil all over pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes in the center of oven.
(I use my toaster oven for this quick and yummy meal.)
Serve with salad ;) |
